About the role
Responsible for leading teams in the kitchen and front of house operations at Little Darling Burger Company and Wildchild Taco locations. Oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high-quality food and service standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead team in efficient and effective operation of the restaurant
- Manage staff schedules and training
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Contribute to the success of the company’s goals and objectives
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant management or similar field
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
