Qualifications

• Experience & Education:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a large-scale EAM type project
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • In depth knowledge and experience implementing Hexagon EAM
  • 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry is preferred
  • Ability to independently set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent inter-personal skills including the ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization
  • Intermediate to advanced project management skills with proven ability to work within and independently facilitate cross-functional teams and work groups as needed
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Visio

Critical Key Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years HxGN EAM (formerly known as Infor EAM) experience
• Preferrable 2-3 years working experience with Railroad/Transit industry
• Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Proficiency in extending HxGN EAM through Extensibility Framework
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

SUMMARY of the FUNCTION/Role

The Enterprise Asset Management Department of the NYCT Department of Subways (DOS) is seeking ONE temporary consultant to serve as HxGN EAM Project Manager. This position is to provide critical HxGN EAM project roll-out support for DOS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation.
