Hershey's Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (Cleveland, OH)

About the Role

This is a remote, part-time position as a Territory Sales Associate (TSA) based in Cleveland, OH. The role involves selling and merchandising Hershey products across assigned store locations within specific zip codes. Candidates must be comfortable traveling daily and using their personal vehicle, with mileage reimbursed at 62 cents per mile. No car allowance is provided.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all authorized Hershey items in the assigned territory.
• Ensure flawless retail execution of Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans (Retail Execution Plan) with various retailers.
• Achieve merchandising objectives through the effective use of Permanent Secondary Displays and other display vehicles.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions, and administrative functions within the assigned territory.
• Submit daily activities through the use of tablets upon completion of each day.

Requirements

• Must have a valid US state-issued driver’s license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must maintain personal auto insurance with minimum coverage of $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage, permitting business use.
• Must reside in or be willing to commute to the specified zip codes.
• Must be able to drive long distances and make multiple sales calls daily.
• Must be able to lift 10-40 lbs. regularly and perform physical tasks like bending, kneeling, and stooping.
• Must be able to use tablet technology and have daily access to wireless internet.
• Must be available to work 20-25 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to territory needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 3-4 years of food merchandising experience preferred but not required.

Schedule

This is a “Continuous Part-Time” role, working 20-25 hours per week. The schedule is flexible, with core hours overlapping 6:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise required by business needs.

Pay

Hourly starting rate of $15.50 - $16.50 per hour. Rate may vary based on skill, experience, and geographic location.
