Responsibilities

Requirements

• Positive attitude, reliability, resilience, and willingness to learn (no prior pest control or termite experience needed)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work with basic hand tools and gas-powered augers
• Willingness to navigate and inspect crawlspaces
• 5+ years of work experience or 3+ years in a service-based or safe driving role (a plus, but not required)

Pay

Starting pay: $50,000 per year + opportunity to earn monthly production bonuses.

Schedule

Hours: 7 AM – 5 PM (no nights and weekends). Seasonal 4‑day work week: August‑February – true 4‑day work week; March‑July – alternating schedule (5‑day week / 4‑day week).
