Position Overview
Southeastern Site Development, Inc. is a leading heavy civil construction company operating throughout Georgia. As a company specializing in roadway construction, underground utilities, mass grading & excavation, bridge construction and concrete structures, we are proud to support the Georgia HEO Pathway Program and the next generation of skilled construction professionals entering the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with crews on heavy civil construction projects
- Learn safe practices around heavy equipment and active jobsites
- Continue developing industry and operator skills
- Assist with grading, utilities, concrete and site development work
- Learn from experienced operators, foremen, and supervisors
Required Qualifications
- Completion of the HEO Pathway Program
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outdoors in a team environment
- Interest in building a career in the heavy civil construction industry
- Reliable transportation to assigned job sites
