Position Overview

Southeastern Site Development, Inc. is a leading heavy civil construction company operating throughout Georgia. As a company specializing in roadway construction, underground utilities, mass grading & excavation, bridge construction and concrete structures, we are proud to support the Georgia HEO Pathway Program and the next generation of skilled construction professionals entering the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with crews on heavy civil construction projects
  • Learn safe practices around heavy equipment and active jobsites
  • Continue developing industry and operator skills
  • Assist with grading, utilities, concrete and site development work
  • Learn from experienced operators, foremen, and supervisors

Required Qualifications

  • Completion of the HEO Pathway Program
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work outdoors in a team environment
  • Interest in building a career in the heavy civil construction industry
  • Reliable transportation to assigned job sites
