In response to the health care needs of a growing community, in 1977, Corewell opened a new 189-bed hospital on rural farmland in Troy. Today, Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital has grown to 530 licensed beds and offers a comprehensive array of health care services, continuing to develop to meet the needs of the growing communities it serves.

Scope of Work

• Aid in preparing patients for procedures, applying ECG patches, obtaining vital signs, shaving patients' groin or other areas as necessary;
• Aid in room turnover, sterile table setup, femoral arterial and venous line pulls, radial band removal, bed pans, feeding, and walking post procedure;
• Assist with patient discharge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Prior Nursing Assistant experience;
• Preferred: Previous experience, certification (CNA), or enrollment in a nursing school.
