Hematology/Oncology Physician – Outpatient Focus

About the role

This is a growth-driven opportunity for a physician who wants to build something meaningful, develop strong patient relationships, and potentially grow into partnership.

Responsibilities

• See approximately 15–20 patients per day to start
• Majority hematology cases with room to grow oncology services
• Work 4 days per week locally, helping meet growing demand while building their own patient panel
• Optional future hospital rotations (with compensation increase)

Requirements

• Board-certified/eligible Hematology/Oncology physician
• Comfortable practicing independently
• Strong communicator with drive and long-term vision
• Interested in growing with the practice and becoming part of the local community

Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient Hematology/Oncology preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to build strong patient relationships

• Strong clinical judgment
• Ability to manage time effectively
