Hematology/Oncology Physician Opportunity - Flexible Work Schedule - $100k Recruitment Incentive

Job Duties

• Deliver comprehensive hematology/oncology care in a community-focused outpatient clinic
• Enjoy a close-knit team environment with strong clinical and operational support
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while practicing in a high-touch care setting
• Collaborate across the Geisinger Cancer Institute, with access to:
• Medical oncology
• Radiation oncology
• Surgical oncology
• Palliative care
• Subspecialty expertise, including malignant hematology and advanced therapies
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumor boards and coordinated care planning, ensuring access to system-wide expertise
• Provide care locally while having seamless referral pathways to tertiary services at Geisinger Medical Center when needed
