About the role
We are seeking a Hematology Oncology Physician to provide comprehensive cancer care within a growing community oncology program.
Responsibilities
- Diagnosing and treating hematologic and oncologic conditions
- Managing chemotherapy and infusion therapies
- Reviewing diagnostic results
- Addressing treatment toxicities
- Educating patients and families
- Participating in multidisciplinary tumor boards
- Engaging in clinical research
- Occasional inpatient rounding
Schedule and setting
The role primarily involves outpatient care at a dedicated cancer center, with some coverage at affiliated hospitals.
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Experienced in managing a broad range of cancers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
