About The Role
We are seeking a Hematologist Oncologist to join our growing partner practice, Kansas City Oncology & Hematology, delivering comprehensive care across both hematology and medical oncology. In this role, you will practice at a dedicated site within the Kansas City metro area, offering convenient access to onsite ancillary services and multidisciplinary collaboration.
You’ll be supported by an experienced team of physicians, strong APP support, and skilled clinical staff, all working collaboratively to manage a diverse patient population in an environment that prioritizes continuity of care, operational efficiency, and a truly patient-centered approach. Pay
This position offers a highly competitive compensation package, with a starting base salary of approximately $450,000, plus a sign-on bonus of up to $100,000. Physicians also have the opportunity to earn additional income through a robust compensation model that includes productivity incentives and a clear pathway to partnership.
