About the role
This facility is seeking a Hematology Oncology Physician for locum tenens support to fill a current need. The position starts ASAP with day shifts available.
Responsibilities
- Provide hematology outpatient care
- Provide oncology outpatient care
- Participate in tumor board
- Handle clinic and clinical call from 8am‑4:30pm, with optional night call and optional 24‑hour call
- Work in an oncology and hematology outpatient clinic setting
Requirements
- Current MI state medical license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Board Certification in Hematology/Oncology (board‑eligible candidates will be considered)
- Experience with Cerner EMR
