Essential Responsibilities
- Collaborates with a registered nurse on developing a patient's care plan.
- Develops and maintains competencies as delegated by a registered nurse.
- Maintains the safety of patients who have been identified at risk for preventable injury by the implementation of nursing safety interventions or the use of protective devices/equipment under the supervision of the registered nurse.
- Reports all patient activity to the registered nurse in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- 0-1 years related work experience is required.
- Basic familiarity with computers and the ability to navigate at a basic level within web-based applications is required.

Physical Nature of the Job
- Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and up to 20 pounds of force frequently. The job is physical in nature and requires standing and/or moving around throughout the majority of the shift.
Pay Range
The pay range listed for this position is $20.50 – $27.59 per hour. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors including seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
