About the Role
Provide specialized care to adult patients with cancer and blood disorders in an on-site clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, order and interpret labs and imaging
- Collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and manage treatment side effects
- Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments
- Document in the EMR and work closely with a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
- High-quality, compassionate care delivery
- Strong clinical assessment and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in EMR documentation
- Experience in hematology/oncology preferred
