Seeking an experienced Hematology/Oncology physician to lead and develop a growing, system-supported cancer program within a respected healthcare organization. Responsibilities include providing a balanced clinical practice with approximately 60–65% malignant oncology and 35–40% benign hematology, while also exploring subspecialty interests such as breast, GU, and prostate cancers. The role offers leadership opportunities in program development, mentorship, recruitment, and strategic growth, with access to clinical trials, genetic counseling, survivorship programs, and multidisciplinary tumor boards. Key support resources include oncology navigators, pharmacists, social workers, dietitians, and surgical oncology partners. The comprehensive cancer program features onsite imaging, infusion services, pathology, and radiation oncology. Ideal candidates possess strong leadership skills, clinical expertise, and an interest in program expansion and mentorship.
