Hematology and Oncology Locums

Seeking Hematology-Oncology physician for locum coverage in Northern California. Provide inpatient and outpatient care, working in a hospital with stroke certification.Responsibilities include managing a patient load of 12-15 per shift, working in clinic and on call.On-call duties involve beeper call during weeknights and 24-hour weekend coverage, responding by phone only.Work regular clinic hours with scheduled shifts from 8am-12pm and 1pm-5pm, including a 1-hour unpaid lunch.Minimum commitment of 2-4 weeks per month, with providers only on call one out of every three weeks.Qualifications include BC/BE in Hematology-Oncology, CA license, and BLS certification.Support staff available to assist, with EMR system Epic used for documentation.
