About the role

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in oncology settings
• Lead and participate in multidisciplinary tumor board discussions
• Oversee on-site infusion services and patient management
• Collaborate with a dedicated care team including APPs and nurses
• Participate in program development and clinical strategy

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree with board certification in oncology
• 5+ years of clinical experience in oncology preferred
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care
• Experience in a collaborative healthcare environment
• Ability to engage in clinical trials and research initiatives
