About the role

Join a growing Hematology & Oncology role with a balanced 50/50 mix of both specialties. Experience strong APP support, hospitalist admission coverage, and the EPIC EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Hematology & Oncology care within an established patient base
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and hospital staff
• Contribute to program growth and leadership initiatives

Requirements

• MD or DO with Hematology/Oncology fellowship completion
• Board-certified or eligible in Hematology & Oncology
• Illinois medical license or ability to obtain

Pay

Competitive base salary of $550,000 plus RVU incentives, with a flexible 2–3 year guarantee structure.
