Representative Duties and Responsibilities

• Adheres to all Company safety policies and procedures; works effectively with other personnel and exercises good judgment to ensure safe, efficient operations while supporting departmental goals and objectives.
• Demonstrates the ability to operate required equipment, including Company vehicles, field provers, differential testers, and Toughbook computers for work management and documentation.
• Maintains strong interpersonal skills to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; follows verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Communicates clearly and professionally to ensure effective transfer of information.
• Performs required data entry and documentation using Toughbook systems.
• Reports to work on time, fully prepared to perform assigned duties at the designated workstation by the scheduled start of shift.
• Works a standard schedule of Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (subject to operational needs).
• Assists with inventory activities, including basic inventory control and asset tracking.
• Performs general maintenance duties and other related tasks assigned by supervision.

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic technical knowledge.
• Pass the Company’s DOT physical examination.
• Ability to work overtime on an as‑needed basis.
• Or equivalent academic education and experience.

Skills Required

• Ability to learn basic computer and data entry skills for work management and documentation.
• Mechanical aptitude or mechanical background with the ability to understand and work with tools, equipment, and measurement devices.
• Strong time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet schedules, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Certifications/Licenses Required

• Valid driver’s license.

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

• Must be in good physical condition and able to perform work in varying weather conditions, including hot and cold environments.
• Ability to safely lift, carry, and remove equipment weighing up to 40 pounds from company vehicles and transport it to work sites.

Pay

This is a Union position with a starting hourly rate of $25.46.

Schedule

Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (subject to operational needs).
