Helper / HVAC Technician

About the role

Responsible for assisting in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Must possess strong mechanical skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to HVAC systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in HVAC installation and maintenance preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Knowledge of HVAC systems and components.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
