Helper

What You'll Do

• Help electricians pull wire, mount boxes, and set up materials
• Carry tools, parts, and supplies where the crew needs them
• Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe
• Load and unload trucks at the start and end of each day
• Dig trenches, drill holes, and do other prep work as needed
• Learn the trade by watching and working with experienced electricians
• Follow all safety rules and OSHA requirements on every job

What You Need

• A high school diploma or GED
• Ability to show up on time, every day, ready to work
• Willingness to learn and take direction from the crew
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Ability to pass a background check

Physical Requirements

• You'll work on active job sites
• You must be able to stand for long periods
• Work in different weather conditions
• Climb ladders
• Lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to Have

• Experience on a construction site (any trade)
• Basic knowledge of hand tools
• OSHA 10 card
• Interest in becoming an electrician or starting an apprenticeship
