Helper

Duties

• Assisting with the installation of residential and commercial HVAC equipment and water heaters.

Requirements

• Graduate of HVAC vocational or technical school, or participation in a journeyman apprentice program specializing in HVAC or plumbing (preferred).
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working for a plumbing and heating company (desired).
• Experience with sheet metal fabrication, piping and sizing, low voltage electric wiring and installation of residential HVAC equipment (required).
• EPA certification (plus).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills as well as attention to detail (required).

Qualifications

Compensation: The base pay for this role is $28.66/hour. This role will be eligible to participate in a union annual short term incentive program.
