About the role

The Helper position is designed to provide essential support across various operational tasks within an organization, ensuring smooth and efficient daily workflows. This role involves assisting team members with physical, administrative, or logistical duties to facilitate project completion and maintain workplace organization.

Responsibilities

• Aid in the setup and breakdown of workspaces, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Support team members by performing general tasks such as organizing supplies, handling deliveries, and maintaining cleanliness.
• Help with loading and unloading materials or products, ensuring safe and efficient handling.
• Perform basic administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management when required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to understand daily priorities and complete assigned tasks promptly.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Basic physical fitness to perform manual tasks such as lifting and moving objects.
• Strong work ethic with punctuality and reliability.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
