Helper

About the role

This position is open to anyone 14 years or older. It offers flexibility in terms of working hours and can involve various tasks such as helping in the kitchen, doing dishes, cleaning up after meals, washing laundry, making deliveries, and performing extra cleaning tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately sign in/out for all shifts and breaks taken as scheduled
• Maintain confidentiality of Early Advantage family, children, and staff; on and off the clock
• Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment for all children and staff
• Show initiative and be self-motivated
• Work well in a team setting and by self
• Perform all assigned duties; take initiative to complete additional tasks and duties
• Put materials used back into correct location
• Operate and maintain equipment as instructed
• Perform all job duties safely and maintain a clean, work environment
• Follow all required policies and expectations
• Show willingness to learn and maintain all MN and Early Advantage regulations and standards, policies, and procedures necessary for the Kitchen
• Complete reports as needed; report maintenance, faulty equipment, and/or accidents to supervisor immediately
• Attend meetings and in-service training as required
• Maintain effective and positive working relationships with all co-workers, children, families, and all administrators
