About the role

We are currently seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Compliance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves assessing and implementing NIST SP 800-171 standards, conducting audits, and ensuring full compliance with DOD regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and experience with DFARS and CMMC compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct NIST SP 800-171 assessments and implementations
  • Support DOD and Prime audits of cybersecurity services
  • Ensure compliance with DOD cybersecurity requirements
  • Provide guidance on DFARS and CMMC compliance
  • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement cybersecurity strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in cybersecurity compliance
  • Experience with DFARS and CMMC compliance
  • Knowledge of NIST SP 800-171 standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Passion for cybersecurity and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with cybersecurity tools and technologies

Skills

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
  • Experience with DFARS and CMMC compliance
  • Knowledge of NIST SP 800-171 standards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
