About the role

We are a family-owned business and one of the top-rated cleaning companies in the Phoenix metropolitan area. We offer up to $21 per hour plus generous tips, paid weekly benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, and the opportunity to work weekends off.

Responsibilities

• Use all-natural cleaning products
• Work solo most of the time in a focused environment
• Service the greater Phoenix metropolitan area
• Work Monday-Friday 8am-6pm
• Receive 7 days of one-on-one training with an experienced mentor
• Train to develop quality and efficiency
• No prior cleaning experience required

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license & auto insurance
• Reliable vehicle to carry cleaning supplies
• Drive up to 60 miles per week between jobs
• Drive to and from home
