Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and create a positive experience for our customers.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and fellow team members.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team while also completing assigned tasks independently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities.
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers, coworkers, and management.
• Support daily operations and contribute to the overall success of the department and store.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous retail, grocery, customer service, or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. as required by the position.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to work in a multi-temperature environment, depending on the position and department.
• Additional physical requirements may vary depending on the position.

Schedule

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, evenings, or flexible schedules as needed based on the position.
