Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support through remote and onsite support.
- Troubleshoot Office 365, Active Directory, desktop, laptop, user account, printer, and basic networking issues.
- Respond to and resolve an average of 5-8 tickets per day.
- Set up and configure computers, user profiles, software, and basic peripherals.
- Document work, updates, and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Support a variety of client environments, with users ranging from small teams to larger environments.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior technical team members as needed.
- Travel locally to client sites for onsite support, equipment setup, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach when working with clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in help desk, desktop support, desk side support, or technical support.
- Technical background with Office 365, Active Directory, ticketing systems, and basic network support.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Personable, professional, and customer-service oriented.
- Able to work independently while communicating clearly with managers and team members.
- Comfortable supporting multiple client environments and adapting to different systems.
- Experience with ConnectWise.
- Microsoft certifications, CompTIA certifications, or other relevant technical certifications.
- Prior MSP experience.
- Experience supporting small to mid-sized business clients.
