HELOC Underwriting Specialist
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc). Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create sections unless posting actually states them.
We need to parse the job description.
Key sections:
- Position Summary: "The purpose of this job is to accept and complete all responsibilities related to Home Equity Line of Credit loan applications apart from making the final decisions." That's about the role.
- Essential Functions-Primary Responsibilities and Accountabilities (90%): includes many tasks. That's responsibilities.
- Additional Functions-Secondary Responsibilities and Accountabilities (10%): also responsibilities.
- Position Qualifications: Education, Experience, Licenses and Certifications.
- Position Requirements: Competency Statement(s) list of core values etc. That's skills/competencies.
- Physical Requirements: details about physical demands.
- There's no explicit Pay, Benefits, Schedule mentioned. So we should not include those sections.
- There's location: Greenville or Iuka. Could be part of About the role? Could be a short paragraph.
- Reports to: Assistant Retail Credit Mgr. Positions Supervised: None. Employee Classification: Regular Full Time. FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Hourly. Could be included in About the role or maybe a separate "Details" but we only have allowed headings. Could fold into About the role as prose.
We must not include boilerplate like "General notice: The bank has reviewed the job description..." etc. Also remove "Reasonable Accommodations Statement" maybe part of responsibilities? It's a statement about accommodation; could be included under Responsibilities? But it's more of a legal statement; but it's part of essential functions. We can keep it as part of responsibilities.
We must not duplicate lines.
We need to use for each section heading. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to decide sections:
- About the role: include position summary, location, reports to, classification, FLSA status.
- Responsibilities: combine primary essential functions (90%) and additional functions (10%). Could be a list.
- Requirements: maybe include physical requirements? But physical requirements could be under Requirements or maybe under Skills? The spec says we can use Requirements for qualifications? Actually they list sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content.
Interpretation:
- Requirements: likely the mandatory qualifications (education, experience, licenses). Could be "Position Qualifications" (Education, Experience, Licenses). Could also include "Position Requirements" competency statements as Skills? But they have separate Skills section.
Thus:
- Qualifications: Education, Experience, Licenses/Certifications.
- Skills: Competency Statement(s) (Accountability, Accuracy, etc.) plus maybe data entry, detail oriented, etc. Also physical requirements? Physical requirements could be under Requirements? But they have a separate "Physical Requirements" subsection; could be placed under Requirements or maybe under Skills? I'd treat physical requirements as part of Requirements (since they are job requirements). However the spec says we can use Requirements heading for any list of duties/requirements/benefits? Actually they said: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So Requirements heading could contain a list of requirements (education, experience, physical). But they also have Qualifications heading separate. Might be overlapping but we need to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to decide which sections have content.
We have content for:
- About the role: yes.
- Responsibilities: yes.
- Qualifications: yes (Education, Experience, Licenses).
- Skills: yes (competency statements).
- Requirements: maybe physical requirements could be considered requirements. But we already have Qualifications for education/experience; physical requirements are separate. Could put under Requirements.
- Benefits, Pay, Schedule: none -> omit.
Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Requirements.
Make sure each heading is
. Use
for prose paragraphs. Use
- for lists.
We need to preserve all substantive information. Must not invent or summarize away detail. Must not include boilerplate like "Reasonable Accommodations Statement" maybe we keep as part of responsibilities? It's a statement about accommodation; it's part of essential functions. We'll keep it.
We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The text includes "General notice: The bank has reviewed the job description..." that's boilerplate; remove.
Also remove "Reasonable Accommodations Statement" maybe it's not boilerplate but it's a statement; but it's part of essential functions; we can keep.
We need to ensure we don't include "Position Summary:" heading; we will just put prose.
Let's extract content.
