Helicopter Pilot

About the role

We seek a skilled Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services, ensuring safety and efficiency in patient transfer operations. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and continuous professional development in a mission-driven environment dedicated to saving lives and delivering quality care.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with medical teams during patient transfers
• Maintain aircraft readiness and adhere to all aviation regulations
• Accurately document all flight and operational activities
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and medical facilities
• Conduct proper shift handovers
• Maintain all required certifications and ongoing professional development

Requirements

• Current FAA Commercial Rotorcraft Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• At least 2,000 total flight hours, including 2,000 helicopter hours and 1,000 PIC hours
• Minimum 200 night flight hours and 100 instrument flight hours
• Weight limit of 230 pounds with gear

Preferred Skills

• Experience with EC135/H135 aircraft
• High school diploma or higher
