About the role
Seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services, ensuring safe and efficient patient transfers in emergency situations.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with medical teams to transport patients safely between locations and facilities.
- Ensure aircraft readiness, including compliance with manuals, FAR, and company requirements, and maintain aircraft cleanliness.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records per regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
- Provide shift change information and follow protocols for record keeping.
- Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
Requirements
- Current FAA Rotorcraft Commercial Certificate and Helicopter instrument rating.
- FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
- At least 2,000 total flight hours, with 1,500 helicopter hours, including 1,000 PIC hours, 200 night hours, and turbine experience.
- Weight limit of 230 lbs (including gear).
Preferred Qualifications
- B407 aircraft experience.
- High school diploma or higher.
- Pilot license with FAA medical certificate.
