About the Role
This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. Pilots can expect a variety of exciting assignments, including:
- Charter operations
- Utility and line patrol flights
- Cross-border operations into Mexico
- Aerial support for off-road racing events
- Additional specialized helicopter operations as assigned
Responsibilities
- Diversified flying experience in environments such as wire environments, filming and photography, LiDAR survey, and powerline patrol
- Operate aircraft safely, professionally, and efficiently while complying with all FAA regulations, company policies, and industry best practices
- Work independently and as part of a team with excellent judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work shifts in Southern California and remote projects independently
Requirements
- Commercial rotorcraft license
- Current 2nd class medical
- Valid passport
- Clean driver’s license
- Favorable background check
- No incidents or accidents
- Negative FAA drug test
- Good communication skills
- Authorization to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident)
Qualifications
- Minimum 2000 hours helicopter PIC
- Minimum 200 hours Bell 206LIII or equivalent
- Minimum 300 hours in AS350 or equivalent
- Minimum 200 hours mountain time over 6,000 feet density altitude
- Experience flying the Airbus AS350B2/H125 and Bell LongRanger B3
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial flight training or significant experience in the Robinson R22/R44
- Experience operating in diverse and challenging mission environments
