Responsibilities

• Restock merchandise and keep the coffee bar clean to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, listening and clarifying their concerns.
• Work professionally and calmly under stress, maintaining a welcoming demeanor.
• Maintain lobby public areas and assist with monthly inventory.
• Handle guest room numbers and verify charges, interacting with other departments.
• Adhere to proper food handling and safety procedures, using equipment safely.
• Input information accurately and efficiently into MICROS, prioritizing and organizing tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in food/beverage or retail environments.
• Previous coffee house or hotel experience is preferred.
• Experience with cash handling and face-to-face customer service is required.
• Ability to input information into MICROS and adhere to proper food handling procedures.
• Must be STAR & Food Handler certified.
• Willingness to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, and pull objects up to 50 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods.

Pay
