We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes mission, overview, position summary, responsibilities, qualifications, etc. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse content. The posting: Intro: "We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time." That's about the company; could be "About the role"? Actually it's about the company. Could be "About the role" or maybe "About CVS Health". But we only have allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use "About the role" for overview of role and company. Then "Program Overview" etc. That is description of role. Then "Position Summary/Mission" with bullet-like sentences. Then list of responsibilities (subject matter expert etc.) Actually those are responsibilities/duties. Then "Required Qualifications" list. Then "Preferred Qualifications" list. Then "Education" bullet. Then "Anticipated Weekly Hours 40" and "Time Type Full time". That's schedule info. Then "Pay Range" with $21.10 - $40.90. Then benefits description. We need to output sections: About the role (maybe combine intro and program overview), Responsibilities (the list of duties), Requirements (maybe required qualifications?), Qualifications (maybe preferred?), Skills (maybe not explicit), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not create sections with filler. So we need to ensure each section has substantive content. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The posting includes "Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered..." that's EEO; we should remove that. Also "We anticipate the application window for this opening will close on: 09/25/2026" is application instruction; remove. Also "Our people fuel our future..." maybe not boilerplate but could be kept? It's about culture; could be part of About the role. But we need to preserve substantive information. It's not boilerplate; it's about culture. Keep. "Great Benefits For Great People" section is benefits; we keep. Now structure:

    About the role

We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. Program Overview Help us elevate quality care via provider engagement and bring provider relationships to a whole new level! Be a part of our Aetna team- an industry leader serving the Medicare and Commercial lines of business. With compassionate attention and excellent communication, we collaborate with providers, vendors, and our internal partners to address care gaps, educational needs, and record collection for HEDIS® leading to positive outcomes for our members Join us in this exciting opportunity as we grow and expand to improve the quality of care across the country. Position Summary/Mission The Analyst, Outreach Coordinator utilizes several tools to help close care gaps throughout the year. The Analyst, Outreach Coordinator helps facilitate meetings with providers and internal partners to address gaps in care and assists in answering questions regarding all facets of the HEDIS® process, such as how to submit records to Aetna, measure specific questions, where to access information, etc. The Analyst/Outreach Coordinator will be the subject matter expert regarding HEDIS measures as well as help devise a plan to assist members with getting needed services.

But we might split responsibilities into separate section. Better: About the role could be just the introductory paragraph about company and mission. Then Responsibilities section list the duties. Let's extract responsibilities from the bullet-like sentences after "Subject Matter Expert in Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) improvement work." Actually those are responsibilities. List: - Subject Matter Expert in Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS®) improvement work. - Interacts with providers and/or members to improve healthcare outcomes such as increased preventive care compliance. - Supports provider engagement. - Active participation in workgroups. - Delivers quality information to internal and external constituents via written and verbal communication. - Actively seeks opportunities for process improvement resulting in efficient and effective work streams. - Independently map out provider outreach work plans and execute deliverables. - Supports complex relationships with both internal and external constituents. - Consults with constituents on solutions to business issues including education and process improvement opportunities. - Support complex provider partners with HEDIS® gaps in care, digital solutions, and remote medical record collection discussions and education. - Work closely with the provider partner to enhance collaboration between provider and Aetna. - Provides support for HEDIS® quality initiatives and regulatory/contractual requirements including outreach to members who are noncompliant in the designated outreach services. - Supports effective medical record capture for HEDIS® medical record review and abstraction of supplemental data. - Public speaking. We can put these as
    • . Now Required Qualifications list: - 3+ years' of recent and related health care experience in any setting. - 1+ years of Medicare experience and/or 1+ years of HEDIS medical record abstraction experience. - 1+ years member/provider education experience targeting gaps in care. - Experience successfully performing in an environment where daily/weekly productivity metrics are expected. - Ability to work independently. - Ability to use standard corporate software packages and applications. - Strong communication skills. Preferred Qualifications list: - Experience speaking with medical providers and/or medical office staff. - Recent and related experience working with HEDIS. - Medicare Stars experience or health insurance experience. - Health care related experience in clinical, managed care or quality management. - Understanding of CPT/CPTII/ICD9/ICD10 coding and medical terminology. Education: Bachelor’s Degree OR equivalent experience in healthcare. We could put Education under Qualifications or separate. But we have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide mapping. We have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements (required) and Qualifications (preferred). Or we could have Requirements for required, Qualifications for preferred, Skills for maybe communication etc. But we have strong communication skills already in required. Could put under Skills. Better: Use: - Requirements: Required Qualifications (list) - Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications (list) - Skills: maybe we can extract skills like "Ability to use standard corporate software packages and applications", "Strong communication skills", "Ability to work independently". But those are already in required. Could still list them under Skills. But we must not create sections with filler. If we put Skills, we need substantive content. We have those skills. Alternatively we could omit Skills section and just have Requirements and Qualifications. The instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (required), Qualifications (preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 6 sections. We need to include Benefits section with description. Benefits: "Great Benefits For Great People ... This full‑time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well‑being of colleagues and their families. The benefits for this position include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, based on eligibility." We can put that as

. Pay section: Pay Range $21.10 - $40.90 plus description about base hourly rate etc. We'll include that. Schedule section: Anticipated Weekly Hours 40, Time Type Full time. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML. We need to ensure no extra text outside HTML fragment. Let's craft. We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed. We'll produce:

      About the role

      ...

      Responsibilities

      • ...
      • ...

      Requirements

      • ...
      • ...

      Qualifications

      • ...
      • ...

      Benefits

      ...

      Pay

      ...

      Schedule

      ...

Make sure to preserve all substantive information. Now write the content. About the role paragraph: combine intro and program overview and position summary/mission. Let's craft: "We’re building a world of health around every individual — shaping a more connected, convenient and compassionate health experience. At CVS Health®, you’ll be surrounded by passionate colleagues who care deeply, innovate with purpose, hold ourselves accountable and prioritize safety and quality in everything we do. Join us and be part of something bigger – helping to simplify health care one person, one family and one community at a time. That seems fine. Now Responsibilities list as above. Now Requirements list (required qualifications). Now Qualifications list (preferred qualifications). Now Benefits paragraph: "Great Benefits For Great People We take pride in offering a comprehensive and competitive mix of pay and benefits that reflects our commitment to our colleagues and their families. This full‑time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well‑being of colleagues and their families. The benefits for this position include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, retirement savings options, wellness programs, and other resources, based on eligibility. Additional details about available benefits are provided during the application process and on Benefits Moments." We could keep the first sentence about "Great Benefits For Great People". It's substantive. Now Pay paragraph: "Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $21.10 - $40.90 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission
