Duties/Responsibilities
- Follow project instructions from construction manager or supervisor
- Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks
- Follow all health and safety procedures on the job site and report violations immediately to management
- Safely operate a variety of tools including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, pipe saws, grinders, jumping jack, plate compactor
- Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly
- Comply with all BCI, OSHA, or other relevant safety rules and regulations
- Conduct all business with a professional and respectful attitude
Qualifications
- Depending on position, duties could include some or all of the following:
- A positive attitude and work ethic
- Able to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Basic computer skills with iPad and MS office experience
- CDL License with hazmat and tanker endorsements required within 60 days
- 2-3 years operator experience
- DOT experience preferred

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
- This is a full-time position which will typically involve 40+ hours a week.
