All incumbents may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities, as needed. #heavyhauldriver #heavyhaulequipment We need to extract sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (maybe "Key Responsibilities Requirements"? Actually that line seems mis-typed: "Key Responsibilities Requirements: Generally has more than five years of experience..." Might be a combined heading. But we need to separate responsibilities and requirements. We have "Skills, Knowledge and Expertise" section. We have "Education And Experience" section. We have "Supervisory Responsibilities None" (maybe not needed). Travel: "Travel up to 100%". Physical Requirements: details. We have no explicit Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should not create those sections. We must not include placeholder like "not specified". So we only include sections with real content. Thus sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities (essential functions), Requirements (maybe combine experience/qualifications?), Skills (Skills, Knowledge and Expertise), Qualifications (Education And Experience), maybe Physical Requirements? Could be under Requirements or separate. But we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can map: - About the role: description paragraph(s). - Responsibilities: essential functions list. - Requirements: maybe "Key Responsibilities Requirements" line? Actually that seems like a summary of experience needed. Could be considered Requirements. Also includes "Must be able obtain a DOT Physical and possess a valid commercial driver license class A with proper endorsements. Must have a safe driving record. Must be able to maintain a DOT Card with CDL A. Must have minimum 5 years of verifiable experience." That's requirements. Also "Three years verifiable driving experience operating a 7 or 8-axle configuration truck is required, and five or more preferred". Also "Valid Texas Driver’s License with Class A CDL required". So we can put those under Requirements. - Qualifications: Education And Experience (five years verifiable heavy haul driving experience required, over eight years preferred). Could also include "Three years verifiable driving experience operating a 7 or 8-axle configuration truck is required, and five or more preferred". Might overlap. But we can put education/experience under Qualifications. - Skills: Skills, Knowledge and Expertise list. - Physical Requirements: maybe could be under Requirements or separate but not in allowed headings. Could be included under Requirements as part of requirements. But we have no separate heading for Physical Requirements; we could include under Requirements as a bullet. - Travel: "Travel up to 100%" could be under Requirements or maybe under About the role? Not a standard heading. Could be included under Requirements as a bullet. We must not create Benefits, Pay, Schedule sections. We must not repeat job title. We must output only HTML fragment. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We must remove boilerplate: Disclaimer, hashtags, maybe "Department: General Services (GEN) Employment Type: Full Time Location: Irving Reporting To: Heath Story". Those are metadata; we can fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with Department, Employment Type, Location, Reporting To. Or we could drop it. Probably better to include a short

at top. We must not include the description repeated? We'll include About the role section with the description paragraph(s). The description includes multiple sentences; we can put them in

. Now we need to extract lists. Let's parse the description: "This position is responsible for the safe transportation of industrial and commercial parts and large CAT construction equipment to and from various customer job locations and branch stores, while adhering to company safety regulations and state laws. This position has major responsibilities to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction. Must be able obtain a DOT Physical and possess a valid commercial driver license class A with proper endorsements. Must have a safe driving record. Must be able to maintain a DOT Card with CDL A. Must have minimum 5 years of verifiable experience." That's part of About the role? Actually those are requirements. But the description includes them. We'll keep them in About the role? Might be better to put them in Requirements. However the instruction: "About the role" heading for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should separate. Thus About the role: maybe just the first two sentences about transportation and customer satisfaction. The rest (DOT Physical, CDL, experience) are requirements. Thus About the role

: "This position is responsible for the safe transportation of industrial and commercial parts and large CAT construction equipment to and from various customer job locations and branch stores, while adhering to company safety regulations and state laws. This position has major responsibilities to ensure external and internal customer satisfaction." Now Responsibilities: essential functions list. Let's extract each bullet from the "Essential Functions" paragraph. The paragraph after "Essential Functions" is a long run-on sentence with many items separated by periods? Actually it's: "Transports all equipment deliveries and pickups in a positive, caring manner while striving for promptness, accuracy, and efficiencySecures equipment onto the truck and ensures that materials meet state and federal guidelines for safe transport and vehicle capabilities. Assists other departments whenever required in an efficient mannerCompletes DOT-required drivers' daily logs accurately and without misrepresentationCompletes driver’s daily inspection report, making recommendations for repair or maintenance, as well as being responsible for the clean appearance of the company assigned vehicleOn an accurate and timely basis, completes and submits all related documentation to maintain the established business systems/process and ensures that the company is achieving its business goals. (I.e. Rental agreements, equipment check-out, and check-in reports return receipts, pick up receipts, non-movement, permits, etc.)Ensures that all physical resources (overall shop appearance, staging area, tools, parts, inventory, personal hygiene, etc.) are maintained in a clean, working order to ensure a safe working environment and exceptional customer satisfactionPerform pre- and post-vehicle inspection; Inspect truck for defects and safe operating condition, before, during, and after delivery tripsWorks safely at all times and adheres to all applicable safety policies; complies with all company policies, procedures, and standardsPerforms other duties as assigned" We need to split into separate duties. Identify each sentence: 1. Transports all equipment deliveries and pickups in a positive, caring manner while striving for promptness, accuracy, and efficiency 2. Secures equipment onto the truck and ensures that materials meet state and federal guidelines for safe transport and vehicle capabilities. 3. Assists other departments whenever required in an efficient manner 4. Completes DOT-required drivers' daily logs accurately and without misrepresentation 5. Completes driver’s daily inspection report, making recommendations for repair or maintenance, as well as being responsible for the clean appearance of the company assigned vehicle 6. On an accurate and timely basis, completes and submits all related documentation to maintain the established business systems/process and ensures that the company is achieving its business goals. (I.e. Rental agreements, equipment check-out, and check-in reports return receipts, pick up receipts, non-movement, permits, etc.) 7. Ensures that all physical resources (overall shop appearance, staging area, tools, parts, inventory, personal hygiene, etc.) are maintained in a clean, working order to ensure a
