Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the heavy equipment repair industry, including construction, mining, material handling, paving, or milling
  • Diagnostic and repair experience with heavy equipment
  • Ability to perform major repairs, rebuilds, or replacements of engines and other major components
  • Knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft products and industry software
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Clear and accurate documentation of repair details in service notes
  • Operation of heavy equipment
  • Ability to perform other duties as assigned

Work Environment

  • Physically demanding work in industrial environments
  • Exposure to environmental conditions, including sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, working at heights, carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping, bending, and crouching
  • Must be able to lift/carry 50 pounds
  • Hand/eye and motor coordination
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Exposure to noise, heat, cold, odors, hazards, and atmospheric conditions

First Shift, Monday through Friday
