Heavy Equipment Specialist

About the role

The Heavy Equipment Specialist is responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and assisting in the loading and unloading of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain heavy machinery such as excavators, bulldozers, and cranes.
• Ensure all equipment is in safe working condition and comply with all safety regulations.
• Assist in the loading and unloading of equipment to and from trucks and other vehicles.
• Participate in regular maintenance checks and report any issues to supervisors.
• Follow all company policies and procedures related to heavy equipment operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of experience operating heavy machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Excellent communication skills to work effectively with team members and customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using heavy machinery operation software.
• Experience withklipper and other heavy equipment management systems.
• Knowledge of local and federal safety regulations.

Pay

$18 - $22 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.
