Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and ensure equipment is in good working condition
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about equipment availability and rental rates
• Process rental transactions and maintain accurate records
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and equipment is used safely
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
