About the role
Join our dynamic team of professionals at RENT. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Branch Operations team. This role is responsible for managing equipment rentals and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about equipment availability and rental rates
- Process rental transactions and maintain accurate records
- Ensure safety protocols are followed and equipment is used safely
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
