Heavy Equipment Operators (Solar & Wind) Nationwide Travel Required
Motor Grader
- Operates equipment generally on uneven surfaces to maintain haul roads and assist in building new roads.
- Drives blade and moves levers to regulate height and angle of the blade, lower scarifier that loosens packed soil to permit grading, and tilt front wheels of grader when making sharp turns.
Excavator
- Operates hydraulic excavator/backhoe to load earth into trucks or into stockpiles.
Dozer
- Operates bulldozer in successive passes over terrain to raise or lower terrain to specified grade following markings on grade stakes or hand signals.
- Operate Cat (size, i.e. D-6H, D-8N) dozer/tractor to perform work tasks (i.e. maintain dump areas, feed loader, excavate, finish slopes, pioneer work).
Tools for the Job
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background, drug, and alcohol screen.
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment (motor graders, dozers & excavators) on construction or utility-scale sites.
- Perform equipment operation safely and efficiently on uneven or challenging terrain.
- Ability to read and follow grade stakes, hand signals, and project plans.
- Willingness to travel and relocate to the job site (100% travel).

Pay Range
Pay Range: $25.00- $30.00 per hour; per diem based on eligibility
Individual Compensation
Individual compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity and by specific location in alignment with applicable pay laws and regulations.
