About the role
Responsible for operating heavy equipment in various construction projects in Reading, PA.
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all company policies.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience operating heavy machinery.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in outdoor conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Skills
- Proficient in using heavy machinery.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety procedures.
