Heavy Equipment Operators - Cheyenne, WY

Responsibilities

• Operation of Heavy Equipment in various construction environments.
• Demonstrate the ability to safely and productively perform equipment operations in various work conditions and environments.
• Communicate and listen effectively.
• Establish and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all personnel.
• Perform all duties safely and productively to ensure quality work while following all company policies.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify any safety and maintenance issues.
• Work in extreme weather conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-years experience working as an Equipment Operator, preferably with the defined type of equipment, on highway and commercial projects.
• Able to read and understand grade and perform minor mechanical repairs.
• Knowledge of the aspects of paving operations.
• Self-motivated and a self-starter.
• Valid driver's license.
• Able to work in all weather conditions.
• Willing to travel if job requires it.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen.
