About the role

Bowes Construction is now hiring for Heavy equipment operators and laborers.

Responsibilities

- Perform a variety of tasks on construction sites - Operate heavy machinery safely and efficiently - Assist in grading, paving, and other construction projects - Adhere to safety protocols and regulations

Requirements

- Valid driver’s license - Experience operating heavy equipment - Physical ability to perform manual labor - Strong work ethic and reliability

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous construction industry experience preferred

Skills

- Proficiency with various types of heavy equipment - Ability to follow directions and work independently - Good communication skills

Pay

$19-$28/hr DOE
