Heavy Equipment Operator - Marion, VA

Responsibilities

• Moves and grades dirt, digs ditches and trenches, hoists material, tools, equipment.
• Operates a variety of contractor equipment including excavator, dozer, road grader, and front-end loader.
• Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Reports defects or repair issues to supervisor.
• Ensures compliance with safety and security standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four years’ experience using medium and heavy equipment.
• Valid CDL License preferred.
