Heavy Equipment Operator
The Opportunity
You will serve as a lead heavy equipment operator, executing precision earthmoving and site preparation for dynamic construction projects. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Valid CDL A drivers license.
- Extensive, hands-on experience operating a bulldozer.
- Prior experience performing subgrading and final grading on active job sites.
- Proven capability to read, interpret, and execute site grading plans.
- Demonstrated technical skill in shooting grades using laser equipment.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 10 years of related heavy equipment operation experience.
- Prior experience with septic systems and water/sewer utility earthwork.
How You Will Make An Impact
Operate a bulldozer with high precision to execute subgrading and final grading across project sites.
Read and interpret detailed grading plans to ensure all site dimensions align with specifications.
Set up and shoot site grades accurately using laser level equipment.
Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance to maintain optimal job site safety.
Assist field operations with septic system installation and water/sewer utility work as needed.
Collaborate closely with site teams to deliver finished site prep on schedule and within parameters.
