Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader or grader to excavate, move and grade earth and install structures.
• Travel throughout the region to work on jobs related to infrastructure including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works projects.
• Sargent covers travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals.
• Home every weekend.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader or grader.
• Driver's License required.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of construction experience preferred.

Skills

• Proficient on backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader or grader.

Pay

Competitive pay based on experience level.

Schedule

10 hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
