Responsibilities

• Operate construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader, or grader to excavate, move, and grade earth and install structures.
• Travel throughout the region to work on infrastructure projects including landfill, highway, site prep, and public works projects.
• Sargent covers travel expenses including lodging, mileage, and per diem for meals.
• Work Monday to Friday in various locations within the New England area.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating construction equipment such as a backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader, or grader.
• Willingness to travel 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience operating construction equipment.

Skills

• Proficiency on backhoe, bulldozer, excavator, front end loader, or grader.

Pay

Competitive pay based on experience level.

Schedule

10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
