Heavy Equipment Operator

Judds Bros. Construction Co. is an established, family-oriented general construction firm based in Lincoln, Nebraska. Responsibilities

• Use equipment to perform tasks related to heavy construction projects, excavations, trenches, and demolition.
• Operate, maintain, and use various types of heavy equipment including CAT, Komatsu, & John Deere equipment.
• Perform basic maintenance on heavy equipment.
• Be a motivated and hard worker.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Work in a fast-paced environment and possess an excellent work ethic.
• Perform daily safety checks and ensure equipment is properly secured.
• Have at least three years of heavy equipment operation experience.
• Have the ability to run power equipment and hand-held tools.
• Travel on occasion.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift and carry, push and pull up to 50 pounds over a distance of 20 feet or more.
• Must be able to work in a loud environment.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have at least three years of heavy equipment operation experience and the ability to operate various types of heavy equipment including CAT, Komatsu, & John Deere equipment. Must be able to perform basic maintenance on heavy equipment and have a valid driver's license.

Skills

Successful candidates must possess skills and knowledge of operating heavy construction equipment, performing basic maintenance on heavy equipment, being a motivated and hard worker, and having the ability to run power equipment and hand-held tools.

Pay

Up to $2000.00 in new hire bonus for new employees if you have 3+ years experience in related field
Up to $1000.00 in new hire bonus for new employees if you have 0-3 years experience in related field
