Summary/Objective

EnviroSmart d/b/a ES Integrated is seeking qualified Class A and B CDL drivers to support the Environmental and Logistics service divisions with short and long-haul transportation opportunities. Operators and/or drivers should have experience with various types of commercial vehicles.

Essential Functions

Drive Commercial Vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations
Maintain a Working Knowledge of DOT and FMSCA standards
Complete and maintain driver documentations and Logs (E-Logs)
Perform Delivery and Pickup Safely
Perform Inspections and Reporting Deficiencies in Need of Repair

Required Eligibility Qualifications

Must possess a Commercial Driver’s License
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Follow instructions for operating equipment and keeping records
Must be able to pass a background check
Pass pre-employment physical and possess a DOT medical card
Pass pre-employment and random DOT drug and alcohol screening
Reliable transportation to and from work
Demonstrate a safe working culture

Certifications/Training/Licensure

Commercial Driver’s License

Physical Demands

Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle and/or trailer inspections as required
If Class A – connect and disconnect trailers
Attend and complete training on shift required by Company
Maintain a clean vehicle cab
Perform all typical driver duties for the specific equipment operating
Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting, pulling and pushing heavy objects
Work at elevations, climbs ladders, scaffolding and into/out of trucks, tanks, and various other containers

Hours of Work

Vary depending on driving function. Typically, 40 straight hours per week with overtime availability.

Travel

Dependent on driving function.

Position is an hourly pay basis with weekly hours over 40 paid as 1.5 times base pay
Starting hourly pay is based on experience and credentials
EnviroSmart will negotiate custom benefits, work schedule flexibility, and quality of life opportunities with incentive pay based on performance
