Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Follow project plans and specifications
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
- Complete daily logs and reports
- Communicate with team members and supervisors effectively
- Follow all operating procedures and guidelines
- Complete any additional tasks or projects assigned by their supervisor
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Experience with various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Strong work ethic and dedication to completing tasks efficiently
