About the role

The Field SProTech1, Specialty Products is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing specialized products equipment (Toyota Heavy Duty (THD), CombiLift, Aisle-Master, Taylor-Dunn). They also ensure proper maintenance of ProLift Toyota Material Handling vehicles and perform service jobs on time and correctly.

  • Maintain adequate and accurate parts inventory
  • Obtain parts and technical information needed to repair equipment

Responsibilities

The Field SProTech1, Specialty Products projects a positive, supportive, and professional image to all customers, fellow associates, and dealership management. They interact with customers and managers with excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing listening skills. They accurately communicate necessary information and update tablets promptly.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least two years of mechanical experience, and a valid Class B CDL. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly listening skills, are essential. Confidentiality of information is managed through the ability to handle sensitive data.

Benefits

ProLift Toyota Material Handling offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401K, company-paid life insurance, short-term disability, paid parental leave, and supplemental insurance options like pet insurance. Paid time off is available after 30 days.

Pay

The pay rate is 43.00 hourly.

Schedule

The schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday.
